Processing of Personal Data

The processing of Personal Data in Taiwan is governed by the Taiwan Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”) as most recently amended on May 31, 2023 and the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Data Protection Act (“Enforcement Rules”) as most recently amended on March 2, 2016.
 

The processing of Personal Data in China is governed by the following law(s) : Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law (CSL), and the Data Security Law (DSL).
 

The Processing of Personal Data in Hong-Kong is governed by the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the "PDPO").
 

The Processing of Personal Data in Philippines is governed by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
 

The Processing of Personal Data in Indonesia is governed by the Law No. 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
 

The Processing of Personal Data in South Korea is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act.
